Because we sell digital goods that are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the delivery (license key, file, or text content) has been revealed.
Refunds are available when:
• You were charged but never received your delivery and our team cannot re-deliver it.
• The delivered key or product is invalid and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• A manually fulfilled service was not delivered within the stated window.
Refunds are not available when:
• A working key/file/content has been delivered as described.
• You changed your mind after delivery.
To request a refund, contact us through the contact page on our site with your Order ID (e.g. CL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Crypto refunds are returned to the sending wallet where possible.
